Use Auto Plan for Best Results
Nearly as easy as using Basic Plan
After using Basic Plan for a while to get used to using SlimSmart,
move to Auto Plan. Auto Plan is nearly as easy as Basic Plan
during each meal, and requires occasional setting of your
current weight into the device.
Reduces Food Consumption
Using Auto Plan will add more power to the simple, yet powerful
effect of Basic Plan pacing. SlimSmart learns how many bites of
food you tend to take at each meal. Once it generates a profile
of your habits, it starts to suggest smaller meals, at the rate
of about one-bite less every 4 days or so.
You will need to update your current weight so SlimSmart
can keep track of your weight-loss progress. Your meals will get
slowly smaller until you start to lose weight at the rate you
set, and will continue until you reach your goal.
Great for Weight Maintenance
After reaching your weight goal, you can continue to use
SlimSmart to maintain your weight.
