“Auto” Plan Setup
- Select “Auto” Plan
Set SlimSmart into Auto Plan. This will change the options available in the menu.

- Set your Goal Weight
How much do you want to weigh? Set the GOAL setting to this value.
You only need to do this once.
- Set the Weight-loss RATE
How many pounds per week are your target? We recommend 1.0 pounds
per week. Don't get too aggressive, you are the one that will be
trying to keep this schedule. Probably keep this at the factory default.

- Set your Current Weight
Weigh yourself on a reasonably precise scale and input the
value into SlimSmart. A digital scale with tenth pounds is recommended.
You should do this approximately daily.
Weigh at the same time of day and with the same (or no) clothes on.
